Kunefis, is a brand of Billur Food Ltd., a family-owned company, founded in Iskenderun in 2005.
The main expertise of Billur Food Ltd. is frozen and traditional food products of Iskenderun region, especially “kunefe”. Kunefe is a worldwide famous and traditional taste of Iskenderun Region, which is oven baked kadaifi with molten cheese center, syrup and kaymak.

During the establishment phase of Billur Food Ltd.; Kunefis branded products were offering only to several regions of Istanbul and Izmir. Today; Kunefis branded products are distributed with a network in 7 regions, 62 provinces in Turkey.

After faced with a growing demand in overseas markets; Kunefis products are exported to several countries, including Kuwait, Netherlands, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Greece, Kazakhstan and Sudan.
According to its solid and sustainable growth strategy, the production capacity of Billur Food Ltd. is 25,000 units per day, which was only 1,000 pieces per day at the the establishment phase. With this performance Billur Food Ltd. is market leader.

All Kunefis branded products are producing in Iskenderun located 1.500 sqm factory, owned by Billur Food Ltd. with TS EN ISO 22000:2005 AND TS EN ISO  9001:2008  certificates.

At every stage of production, from providing of raw materials; all Kunefis products,  are controlled with  integrated quality and hygene control-process.

Nowadays Billur Gıda expands it product range with stuffled meatballs, patties, walnut kadaifi, stone kadaifi, peanut kadaifi and special kunefe.
